Today on our Feature Showcase, we’ll learn how to create action plans and tasks in Chime. Last week we learned about the powers of improving team performance with the Reporting dashboard in Chime, and this week we’ll learn how to populate one of the team performance metrics by assigning action plans and tasks to team members.
Action plans are an excellent way facilitate team management by creating custom plans of attack, which can be assigned to any team member. Action plans and tasks will show up in the To-Do list for the team member it’s assigned to. Remember you can track action plan and task completions in your Reporting dashboard!
