If you’ve been following this blog you know that over the past 16 months, we’ve been laser focused on helping real estate professionals and brokerages navigate business during the various stages of the COVID pandemic. Those efforts have led to good things for our team as well — we’ve garnered two additional industry awards!
Following our win in the Customer Sales and Service Awards, the 6th Annual 2021 American Best in Business Awards has named Chime the Gold Globee winner as Company of the Year in Real Estate and a Gold Globee winner in the category of Company Rethinking of the Year.
These two recognitions truly go hand-in-hand. We couldn’t have achieved profitability during a global pandemic and been named Company of the Year without a steadfast commitment to helping our customers first. Let’s be honest, moving from in-person first to “digital first” was a massive shift for our industry and it happened overnight!
We focused on how to get our clients the best tech, tools, and information to weather the storm. It took cooperation at every level of the organization and pushed us to do more with partners, with technology, and with customer support. As a result, we were not only able to witness so many of our clients thrive, but that commitment also led to more customers of our own and propelled our business growth at a time unlike any other.
