This past year, led by Steven Lopez, Vice President, Customer Success, we invested more than $1 million in enhanced client services tools, resources, and support, and tripled our customer success team, hiring not only tech support and digital marketing experts, but experienced real estate professionals as well, to deliver the highly customized service agents, teams, and brokerages need to serve their clients more effectively. To support ongoing training, we also continued to expand our library of useful resources and professional service offerings to help our valued customers extend their use of our platform as their needs evolve.
As a result of our investments this year, today we are proud to report an onboarding customer satisfaction (CSAT) score of over 90 as well as a tech support CSAT score of over 90. Not to mention, our current time to first response rate is less than 30 minutes, nearly 80% faster than the average technology company response rate!
