Chime Celebrates Successful Year; Welcomes New Executives to Team

As 2021 comes to a close, we are thrilled to share details of another successful year here at Chime.  Today, we announced the addition of four key members of our leadership team including Chris Palmer as CFO; Kevin Burdick as Vice President, Inside Sales; Dave Carter our new Vice President, Marketing; and Joe Daee as Vice President, Enterprise & Strategic Partnerships.  These new members of the team underscore our commitment to serving the needs of our valued customers and the real estate industry.

This year, we increased headcount by nearly 75%, and saw customer adoption soar as we report more than 130% increase in active seats.  Our strategic technology partner program continued to expand as we welcomed new partners Dubb, EyeSpy360 and Revaluate to the program, extending our AI and video capabilities. In addition, we renewed our focus on customer service making significant improvements to the onboarding process, introducing new support tools and extending professional service offerings.

We are grateful for continued industry recognition and this year scored the HousingWire Tech 100 for the second consecutive year, and were honored to be recognized for our response to the COVID-19 pandemic resulting in three industry award wins.  As we look forward to 2022, we remain steadfast in our commitment to delivering the innovative technology tools real estate professionals need to  automate & streamline time consuming tasks, gain greater operational insights for more meaningful engagement, and effectively convert leads for increased business.
